Wedo is a marriage app for Muslims who want to find a spouse with intention. It was built by people who were tired of apps that treat marriage like shopping.
The mark
Two rings that overlap, and the lens they share filled in rose. Wedding rings and a Venn diagram are the same drawing — which is the product in one figure: two people, and the values they actually share.
What we believe
Marriage is the point
Everyone on Wedo has said that is what they are looking for, and the app is built around it. The questionnaire asks about the things that decide a marriage, not the things that decide a night out.
Honesty before beauty
Nobody swipes on your face. Photos stay private until there is mutual interest, so the first thing people learn about each other is how they want to live.
Attention is finite
Five conversations at a time. Ending one asks for a reason, and the other person sees it. Fewer conversations, taken seriously, beat an inbox nobody reads.
Family is part of it
We introduce people. We are not a matchmaker, an agency, or a wali. What happens after two people start talking is between them and their families, and we say so plainly.
Privacy is not a setting
Only your first name is shown. Your exact location is never sent to us. Your selfie is compared and discarded. There is no advertising and no data sold — there is nothing to opt out of.
Nothing hidden in the small print
Our privacy policy and terms are written to be read. If something changes that actually affects you, we tell you in the app.
