How can we help?

There is no password. Enter your email and we send you a link or a six-digit code; either one signs you in. You can also use Sign in with Apple or Google. If the email does not arrive within a minute, check your spam folder, then request a new code.

Before anyone appears in Discover they add three photos, their main photo is checked to be a clear picture of one person, and they take a live selfie that is compared with it. If the comparison fails, tap “Ask a person to check instead” and email us. A person looks at it and lets you in.

By default nobody, until you and another member have both expressed interest. You can widen that to strong matches, or to any member, in Settings › Photos, and narrow it again at any time. When your photos are locked, others see only a soft blur of colour.

So each one gets real attention. When all five are open, starting a new one means closing one first, and closing asks for a reason the other person sees. That is deliberate.

Pause your account from Settings. You disappear from Discover and stay paused until you come back. Nothing is deleted.

Settings, at the bottom, Delete account. Your profile, your answers, your photos and your messages are removed from Wedo. There is no waiting period. If you cannot get into the app, email us from the address on your account and we will do it for you.

From the menu on any profile or conversation. Reports are confidential; the person is never told. Blocking is mutual and total: you disappear from each other everywhere in Wedo.

Yes. Write to [email protected] and we will send you everything we hold about you, correct it, or delete it.
